I have over 20 years of experience helping healthcare organizations to analyze how to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, delays, and process costs. I have a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto specializing in healthcare operations research
My name is Carolyn Busby, the owner of Busby Healthcare Analytics. I have over 20 years of experience helping healthcare organizations to analyze how to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, delays, and process costs. I have a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto specializing in healthcare operations research. I have worked extensively with hospitals in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas and beyond, in addition to home care and cancer care organizations, and health institutes.

I believe the optimal solution must consider the needs of patients, clinicians, and managers, while adhering to funding constraints.
